After Minister of MFA Russia took part in The 10th ASEAN's summit in Lao PDR at the end of November 2004 in Vientiane Capital City of Laos,where Russia joined to ASEAN. Russian part reorganize the InterGovernment Committe on Trade,Economical,science,cultural cooperation between two countries again.Other fact in February 26-28th,2005 Moscow Goverment organized Moscow Week in Vientiane City as In Lao for boosting Relations between two countries in fields as economic,trade,culture,tourism,investment etc.
Question: If no trade Representaive in Lao how will develope economic(trade,investment,tourism,industry etc) relations ,who will cordinates conections between two parts of bisnessman? we know russain economist as the representative in Lao as knows his country himsefl as knows the country where he works and exchange the information for both sites for cooperation.
