Past Thursday in a thought there has passed a meeting of deputies with a management of the Tram enterprise. Passions have inflamed the serious. Thorny questions which, however, mostly hung in air sounded, remaining without answers. As a result the prospective analysis of results of audit at the Tram enterprise has poured out in conversation on what which Rita Strode has suggested to finish “on the optimistic note”… |
On Thursday the chairman of a thought Rita Strode on demand of several deputies from opposition has held a meeting with a management of the Tram enterprise and members of the Revision committee concerning the results of recent check shocking – and not without justification – our city, and not only. Unfortunately, though the meeting also has turned out enough emotional, but many of the set questions and remained without the answer. “Million” in more details still will return to some of them for now we wish to acquaint our readers with the general course of a meeting.
From all structure of the Revision committee at the Duma hall there was only its chairman Vladimir Pjankovsky. Why there were no the others is one of the questions which have remained without answers. And Mr. could not Pjankovsky answer a question, set to it Grigory Nemtsov as it has turned out, that on the copy of the certificate of audit sent to the deputy there is no signature of the vice-president of the commission, and other signatures look “a little unusually”. Everything, that the smog tells in this occasion Mr. Pjankovsky, – that it was it “a personal copy”. In the same way he unintelligibly answered questions why draught copies of the certificate of check have got to a management of the Tram enterprise to an official writing of the certificate and whether is it infringement, and also – whether there should be results of check a secret for representatives of the press.
However the basic hailstones of questions have been directed on the head of the Tram enterprise Gennady Ivanov. The question, set to it directly was most interesting of them, perhaps: whether its enterprise with profit or at a loss works? Yes or not? And if the profit is, on what bases the enterprise receives grants from the state and self-management, and if instead of profit – only losses how and for what monthly awards were paid? Gennady Ivanov’s answer was rather remarkable, though also a little clear from the point of view of common sense. It was reduced to that supposedly the enterprise as a whole works with profit, but the enterprise for transportation of passengers (?) – with losses. You have understood something? Is not present? Well and thank God – after all the запутаннее, the will be quieter to feel in administration “Трамвайки”, and a municipal duma – too. After all that speak, and fish decays from a head.
At a meeting there was also a chairman of trade union of workers of the Tram enterprise A.Alehnovich – that which, according to the check certificate, has received a free mobile phone and whose accounts for conversations from the enterprise were regularly paid, though it at all is not the worker of the Tram enterprise. However, now we not about it. And that the trade union for this purpose also exists to defend interests of workers while Mr. Alehnovich with foam at a mouth defended interests of the director and convinced deputies not to dismiss at all Gennady Ivanov, say, without it “Трамвайке” not to manage. For acknowledgement of the words the chairman of trade union has resulted with itself the elderly employee of tram depot, having handed over to that a piece of paper with in advance prepared speech. " Let’s listen attentively, that to us the labour person will tell – not that we, got used to work only pens ", – is obvious not so dexterously coquetting with electorate, Rita Strode has called deputies.
All were going to listen attentively, but have not heard any argument except what already repeatedly sounded in favour of administration “Трамвайки” from its defenders. When Grigory Nemtsov has tried to ask a question in essence, demanding the unequivocal and certain answer: whether “ordinary workers of the Tram enterprise Are happy with working conditions?” – Mr. Alehnovich this question has at all ignored, and the representative of labour collective on fourth or fifth time has shy murmured “yes” though during the further performance and has blabbed out, having complained, that in the winter in shop always very coldly.
The main thing on what repeatedly placed emphasis and Mrs. Strode, both Mr. Pjankovsky, and Mr. Ivanov, – whatever infringements have been found by check, they have not affected at all tariff formation, and it was necessary to lift it. Probably, these misters very much would like to think, that it so. However we still are going to return to this question.

“1. The chairman of a thought asks to declare to director Gennady Ivanov reprimand.
2. Gives month of term to correct all lacks and errors of enterprise work.
3. Asks Gennady Ivanov to analyse attentively financial structure of the enterprise as all discrepancies which are specified in the certificate made by the Revision committee, are connected with financial activity of the enterprise ".
