On November, 20th the court has pronounced a sentence under the claim of patient Marisa Dzelzskalnsa against Latvia. Because of an error of doctors that it is sick of mortally dangerous virus of a hepatitis With, the patient has learnt only in 4 years after delivery of analyses.
