- Why? – We were afflicted.

- At me was not, roughly speaking, influences. Because there all is put on feet, the director there is more as a status figure. Though there were quite good relations with colleagues. And me did not accept for the little boy who has simply got for this work.

It is clear, that was, can, any envy, therefore I therefrom and have left. Has understood, that it it is not necessary to me, superfluous problems, let they work as worked. It not mine… It, maybe, also would be pleasant to Someone. But we have left in an amicable way. Someone was glad, that the place was released… Simply there people where are more senior me. It is clear, that there was an envy. I simply think, what for it is necessary to me, if I can go for more interesting work. And where I will have a motivation. And it was gone in “Brevier”.

- Means, the “old-looking” collective has not liked… But after all something to make it was possible. Here, for example, “Saturday” to you managed to be lifted?

Mr. Azarov has easily agreed with this thesis: yes, to lift it was possible. Less than for a year. But then somehow the motivation was settled…

- And on what you have exchanged publishing business?

As it has appeared, on teaching.

- Here here at conference representatives of 150 companies. To them it is simple so you will approach. If you will tell: “I Vova Azarov, let’s get acquainted”, anybody will not talk. And if you from someone then it is possible to communicate easily…

What for to “communicate”? A question rhetorical. “Training seminars” since O.Genri’s times are spent not free of charge. On them it is quite possible to conduct an ideal way of life as it is thought by Mr. Azarov:

- Personally to me important personal development, freedom. That there were no frameworks… I like work when has woken up in 12, has opened the computer, on a mail of business which should be made, do them for 2 3 hours. If you want, has gone to office. Has not gone – phone at you is readdressed. And anybody to you will not tell: “You have not come today work”. I do not love routine…

- But money should be earned.

- I work.
