KM rules provide, that the insurer will pay expenses on the doctor, time invalidity or утерю of working capacity, and also funeral expenses. The insurance contract also provides, that the insurer pays expenses for the caused damage or destruction of property of the visitor of action.
If the visitor of action has suffered or has received a damage during action carrying out, for reception of indemnification it is necessary for it to inform organizers in written form. Organizers in turn need to give to insurers all necessary documents on damage compensation.
According to a law in force of KM 298 from the May, 15th, it is necessary for each public action to be insured to its carrying out. If on action carrying out the permission is necessary, insurance should be settled before permission delivery, and self-management in this case is responsible for the subsequent performance of the law.
For today experience of insurance society Balta shows: in spite of the fact that the new law of the Cabinet on obligatory insurance of a civil liability by organizers of public actions in force already is more than month, knowledge of organizers of actions and a society about these innovations is insufficient.
If to look at how it is now spent actions much, it is possible to come to conclusion, that hardly all of them are insured, as demands do not testify to it, – Nikolay Nikolaev operating products of insurance of civil liability AAS Balta tells.
Balta highly appreciates the initiative of the state obliging organizers of actions to insure a civil liability. It is a serious step to development of the rights of the population and safety protection because the law supports visitors of the insured action and guarantees reception of indemnification in case of incidents or a damage, – considers N.Nikolaev. – in Latvia organizers of actions insure the responsibility for visitors of action rather inertly. Thus in the world practice if the visitor of action receives indemnification for received on action a damage because of the manager or as a result of absence of the insurance is considered normal.

The sizes of payments of insurance are counted up by the organizer of a civil liability individually and depend both on quantity of visitors of action, and from possible risks of action. For example, in case of identical quantity of visitors on rally and on theatrical performance in the payment day off on insurance will differ.
