In the opening address to the report the chapter of Eurofloor макс-петер Ратзель has recognized, that the organized crime in the uniform Europe gets new forms, increases turns, opens new directions of activity. Therefore the analytical report should state an objective estimation to development of the underworld of EU. By the way, the document has caused many censures already at its writing. As newspaper Le Figaro informs, the Italian law enforcement bodies nevertheless managed to strike off the list one of the most dangerous mafia structures of the Europe – cosa nostra. However the Eurofloor has brought a Russian-speaking mafia of Lithuania and Latvia which actively operates in the Baltics in this list. Besides our Mafiosis the greatest danger to the Europe the Albanian and turkish groupings, the active Europe in a southeast represent, the African groupings (Moroccan and nigerian), taken root on peninsula Iberijskom, and бельгийско-Dutch, based in the Netherlands.

However, in the report it is not told, that it for the terrible Russian mafia bosss in the Baltics. Analysts of the Eurofloor only hint, that " the underworld of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia " basically depends on a criminal situation in Russia. Also in this criminal system the important role is played " by Ukraine and Belarus ". The Baltic Mafiosis specialize on " illegal cigarettes, vodka, transit of heroin from Central Asia ". Also they actively work in sphere of stealing of vehicles, and Lithuanians print false euros. Perhaps, one of the most exotic news specified in the report, is that in Sweden gangsters from the Baltics on motorcycles, entered into the agreement with the Yugoslavian criminal grouping, are engaged in robberies.
